The hotel was a convenient base for exploring the local attractions as it was located near many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Guests could easily walk to nearby night markets and transportation was easily accessible. the rooms were modern and equipped with lots of plugs and outlets for charging devices. the self, check, in system was a unique and easy process and the staff provided remote assistance if needed.
Guests may experience some minor difficulty with the self, check, in system and may require assistance from staff or other guests.

We had a small issue during check-in when the staff had trouble processing our payment with a contactless card. However, they quickly resolved the situation and were very courteous throughout the process. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a smart layout that included a wash basin outside the bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near Fengjia night market and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. we had a very good stay at Dream Mansion Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hot and drinking water dispenser on my floor was a nice touch, and saved the hassle of having to buy more water bottles. The high-tech self check-in system was also impressive and easy to use.
There could have been more food options nearby, as it seemed like there were mostly just bubble tea shops and convenience stores. The lobby on my floor had a musky and smokey smell, which was unpleasant.

Clean and spacious room, convenient location, and modern amenities. Walking distance to the night market, and a late night eatery right across the street. The machine check-in feature was user-friendly and very interesting. The hotel staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the QR code.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is decorated in modern style, making the environment chic and fashionable. the hot water dispenser located on my floor was very convenient, as well as the water station near the exit. Its strategic location, with the hotel near a night market, was also a fantastic feature.
The self-check-in machine only accepts international credit cards and not international debit cards. the lobby floor had a musky and smoky smell.

The hotel had a convenient self check-in process, hot and drinking water dispensers on my floor, walking distance to Fengchia Night Market, and a 24-hour Family Mart next door.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
